REFUND POLICY
Fresh Outdoor Showers Returns and Exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition as when they left our warehouse. A receipt/proof of purchase is required to be eligible for a return/exchange.
Once we receive and have checked over your return, a member of our team will send you a notification email to confirm we have received it and whether the refund is approved or rejected due to the condition of the piece. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Refunds will not be issued on Sale items or for a change of mind.

As you are shipping an item over $100 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
